Welcome to MediRecruit Hub ("Platform"), a product of Community Medical Clinic. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. User Accounts

To use the Platform, users must register an account. There are two types of users:

• Job Seekers: Individuals looking for job opportunities in the health sector.
• Employers: Businesses looking for health workers.

3. Subscription and Payments

Job seekers must pay a subscription fee to make their profiles publicly visible. Employers must pay a subscription fee to view job seekers' contact details. All subscriptions are non-refundable and expire according to the selected payment plan.

4. Verification and Legitimacy

Employers must undergo an admin verification process before gaining access to candidates' contact details. While we strive to ensure the legitimacy of users, we do not guarantee job placements or employer credibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

MediRecruit Hub is a connection platform and is not responsible for any interactions, agreements, or disputes that occur between users after linking up through the Platform.

6. User Conduct

Users must adhere to ethical standards and refrain from fraudulent activities. Any violations may lead to account termination without a refund.

7. Privacy Policy

By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of user data.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
